Who has app. on Thurs.?
Congrats Jenn, Looks like you've gotten past your first stall. I read on another site that for the first 6 weeks our bodies will be in an inflamatory state and sometimes the scale will not move or may even show a gain of a pound or two. This is because of fluid retention which will fluctuate from time to time for the first 6 weeks. The other site says if you see a gain during this time keep in mind that with what you're eating you could not possibly gain fat.
See you Thursday at noon Jenn.

Tammy get off the edge of that cliff. It's dangerous! Just sitting on the edge of
your seat is fine...LOL Will let you know tom. as soon as I get home.
It will probably be after 6pm. We will probably have an early supper in town
before we come home. I am so nervous I won't be able to eat until after my
appointment...>LOL

Hi guys,
LOL, yes, I will see you TOMORROW. ;)
I had my follow-up with the dietician today, who is the new one hired permanently for the bariatric program - her name is Rhoda Crawley and she is very nice and supportive. You will all have her guidance once you get close to your pre-op diet time.
Take care and sweet dreams,
Jenn
