Jenn, I would love to meet for coffee.  Just let me know what time.  I'm coming in the night before.  I'm killing to birds with one stone and getting my cat spayed while I'm in there.  I have to drop her off at 8:00 and my appointment is at 1:00 so any time between about 9:00 and 12:00 is good for me.

I can come and meet you guys before my app. if it's better for you because mine is not until 1:30 and I don't know how long I will be. Jenn do you have lunch at 12? Maybe then? and where?

Noon on the 16th before your appointment sounds great to me - why don't we meet in front on the hospital gift shop and then we can go and sit in the cafeteria area?
