I need your help!!!! PLEEEEEEASE!!!

Hey guys, I have missed you all! I have been working my (shrinking) ass off and have not had time to get on the computer. I really notice the difference when I can't get onto this site to read some posts and interact with my "team". I notice that I have not been as stringent as I was before and I really believe it has to do with not getting my daily dose of OH. I work from about 7:15 to 5. I also work several nights a week. I find that when I get to sit down and relax, I want to nibble on something. I have turned to pretzels as my snack of choice. I had the bag with me the other night and went to town. Not wanting to repeat THAT, I only brought 4 of them with me last night, and left that bag in the kitchen. That was a good move! Anyway, I just wanted to touch base with you guys and get some feedback. I really could use some words of encouragement. You are all so good at that! If you can spare a moment, drop me a line! Hi Rossana...You know yourself best...if 4 of them is what gets you through the night...do 4... and not bringing the bag with you is a good move...I've not had my surgery yet...and I'm trying to lose weight before my big day in January....It's so difficult changing old habits...I do know one thing...pretzels are my weakness...I can smell them before the bag is even open. Grazing is tough.....just keep it healthy. I try to sick to low carb stuff. My favorite is tortillia bread (1/2 a piece), put one strip of ham & a little of fat-free mayo & nuke it for like 10 seconds. Yummy, fills you up, and good for ya. Amy 242/130/??
