Lucky day!

Hi, Nannette! It was nice to meet you at the support group. Everyone was so nice. This morning I had pre-admission tests and tomorrow morning is "bariatric bootcamp". So another trip to the hospital for that, then to Dr. Onopchenkos' for a last pre-op visit. I've been treating myself to a few novels, new slippers and mini-toiletries for the hospital. My dh bought me a plushy new recliner! He has been surprisingly wonderful through all this (with a few outbursts I think comes from fear). I won't kid around about joining the "losing side" to him. When I said we should go out to dinner Monday night for my "last supper" (because of the Tuesday clear liquids and laxative prep) he said "DON'T SAY THAT"! Anyway, I will definitely be back to the support group as soon as I can! Thanks for everything! Barb
