conference help

 Hi everyone......we were booked to come to the conf. this month - hotel and meetings.  My dad is VERY sick in Florida and I need to cancel the plans.  What hotel did I book ??  and who is th e person to contact to refund conference fees  for me and Cynthia??  Thanks is advance.  karen
