Post op 2 weeks...

Hello All,  I am new to the site, was reccommeded to join by my daughter, not good on the computer, lets see what happens.  I am 2 weeks post op and having a hard time finding stage 3 meals to have, any suggestions?

hi there and welcome aboard!!!  ask any question and someone is sure to answer it :)  what does your surgeon consider 'stage 3'?? every surgeon and nutritionist is different  i do have a list of foods that i made way back when my husband first had his surgery -- it's in Excel format -- if you want it just send me your email address and i'll get it to you :)  take care and good luck :)  roberta
