HOLY CRAP! Has it been 6 months already?

    Where does the time go? Better yet, where does the weight go!  I just looked at the calendar today and realized that Tuesday will be Christine and my 6 month anniversary from surgery! We don't even real think about weight loss anymore. It just comes so naturally now. Just eating healthier, exercising & support group meetings (they are the core! thank you one & all!).      We thought that this lifestyle change would consume us for a while, but it hasn't. Christine is down 79 pounds and I just hit 78. We both agree, if neither of us lost another ounce we'd still be the happiest people on earth! Getting a normal life back and meeting some really great people along our Journey has really meant alot to us.        I don't post up on here as much as Christine does, but I am on hear often & try to keep up with what’s going on. I want to thank each and every one of you that I have spoken with for your encouragement & support. We couldn't have done it without you. If ANYONE needs ANYTHING, please feel free to contact me.
