Does anyone have any ideas for breakfast? I ususally have a two egg cheese omlette every morning but...frankly, I am getting really bored with that. So if anyone can give me some other good protein breakfast ideas it would be great!!! Thanks.

I usually have a dannon lite n fit yogurt with a scoop of protein mixed in and then add some fresh fruit. Bob like those south beach diet breakfasts... they are wraps. He usually picks off the tortilla .... but its quick if he's busy. I may have some tuna fish or salmon, turkey and cheese. Pretty much anything with the protein. Hope this helps. Christine

I enjoy a 4 oz. breakstone single cottage cheese, sometimes with Jello S/F carmel pudding.

Amy, Having eggs with cheese is not great everyday, way to much cholesterol, you should try some cottage cheese, yougert, cereal with some milk, or some hot cereal...Even though we had weight loss surgery we still have to watch cholesterol and salt intake...I hope some of my suggestions help...Best of Luck....
