ANYONE CURRENTLY HAVE HORIZON MERCY HEALTH INSURANCE OR HAVE OR HAD...

I have a pulmonary appointment and then a nutrion appointment and then hopefully i get a surgery date any know how long it take horizon mercy to give the ok for surgery and how long it usually takes to get a surgery date I would love a reponse thanks.

hey CL. I HAVE DR. SLOTMAN I JUST GOT MY DATE JANURY 22 2007 ... I AM TELLING YOU YOUR GONNA HAVE TO HAVE A SLEEP STUDY DONE WITH THE PULMONARY WERE ITS YOUR PULMONARY ..MINE ITS IN THE SAME BULID AS DR. SLOMAN ...ITS LONG DRAG OUT THING WITH THE PULMONARY THEY WILL NOT CLEAR U with out the sleep study that has to be clear befor you can even get a date they have to have it in dr slotman's office i know i just went throw this !!! I KNOW I HAD 2 SLEEP STUDY DONE WITH THEM ITS AT THE SLEEP LAB IN NEAR THE KENDY HOSPTIAL ITS RIGHT CROSS THE STRESS !!! CAN EMAIL ME IF YOU LIKE [email protected] ....i have the numbers and all!!!lol i have sleep apna very mild but i have to be on the apna c-pap mask and all wen i sleep .. ok well hopfully your dr.appt will go faster then mine take care your day will come soon !!! i have the same insurnace also shirly its taken care of that for me you she told me that she has to put it in one month prior to surgery date i am still waiting on that so we will see!!!! Well getting a surgery date depends on how many docs u have to see and how fast you can get your clearances. My first appointment with Dr Slotman was way back in May but I just got my date like the end of Nov and im scheduled for Dec 20th. And as far as for horizon i dont believe it even took 2 weeks to get the approval i dont know when she actually submitted it but when i went in on the 7th she told me i was approved on the 6th.
