I did it!! I stepped on the scale last night and I was 199 1/2. Under 200 it has been twenty years since I was that weight.

I am sooo excited.

Thanks guys. I have been smiling and crying since last night. I am so glad I can share this with all of you. What a road this has been. Now I am going to work on 5lbs at a time, keeping the ultimate goal in mind.
