Roberta, Have you finished all your tests yet? Have you stocked up on your post op items? I found a nj company that sells big train sf ff latte, hot choc, and chai , along with other items. I have been experimenting with adding different proteins. Some good, some not so great. I know they may taste different after surgery, but their frozen latte mix is good. I think it is better than ice cream.(SeriousChai.com) I am passing this on in case anyone wants to try them. I received a call from the surgeon's office on wednesday morn 9/06 . I was actually getting ready to go drop off my packet of my re-built file. So I dropped it off after 1:00 pm. I included all I had (appeal letter too). Got another call thursday morn from them. I was not home but called them friday morn. Seems they resubmitted to insurance but needed some more info from my doctor. So I called and faxed a letter to my doctor. Will see how this goes. His office will fax over to Kirklands. Cindy said that they had very little experience with Cigna. Cigna difficult but all insurance companies are raising the bars for us to jump over. Cross your fingers for me. I have hope but am not expecting any miracles even if you did wave your magic wand. franni
