Hi All,

Ha! Bet you thought I would not post!!! Okay time to give me your first week totals.  How did we all do?  For my first week back, I actually did pretty good.  Sunday, I went skiing, Wednesday and Thursday the gym, and Saturday the treadmill at home.  So estimating skiing time, I did 285 for the week.  This week will be tough, but I have a good start with skiing yesterday!

Hummmm, still don't have anything from gotsnqw or pokes yet!

Topic: Almost at Pre-Op Testing stage!
My meeting with Nancy today went well, I have lost 10lbs. so far! She said that once I loose 5 more lbs. I can begin the pre-op testing process. Granted, I still have a total of 17 lbs. more to go, and this may not be close to my surgery date yet... but when I heard that 5 lbs. can get me closer to my goal I was sooo psyched!  Tonight I am going to the gym with folks I met on this site  - I am a little nervous but motivated because of the meeting this morning- I know I still have a ways to go but I am grateful fro everyone on this site for keeping me motivated!
