question.  my health WL  ticker doesn't update when I update my weight.  Anyone know how to fix that...   It still says 35 lost when it should have said 40 now 44 etc...

Thanks.

Hello, nice to meet you Eric.

I'm also from the Portsmouth Group and just went for my Lap-Band Surgery on 12/29.  I must say the Portsmouth team is fabulous.  Once I got to my goal weight I was able to get in for my surgery within 3 weeks.  Good luck to you on the pre-weightloss and hope all goes well.

Gerri.

Topic: Emotional Eating
I'm wondering if any of you have tried meditation to help break patterns of emotional eating.  I've started some guided meditation (including walking meditation) and I do feel more "centered" afterwards, which seems to help greatly.

Hi Eric:

I am glad to hear that you have chosen the Portsmouth program, I had my surgery five months ago and I have never regretted it. This is a great forum, visit often with questions or concerns or just to update on your progress, there is always someone that can help. Hope to see you at some of the group meetings.

You haven´t failed until you stop trying!

Topic: Just introducing myself
Hi there,

I am just introducing myself to the Message Board.  I'm currently working off my pre-surgery weight and I hope to be scheduling with a surgeon from the Portsmouth Hospital program in February.  Very exciting.
