3) lunch - Chicken noodle soup, made with protein broth
4) snack - pear
5) dinner - Chicken pot pit (home made) so low fat and no bottom crust.

I've started practicing some meditations. I have a couple of CDs I've burned onto my iPod. I have listened to two walking meditations, which really help me feel more relaxed during and after the walk (as opposed to listening to just music).
I've also tried a focused, traditional meditation with someone who has some experience practicing. I really enjoyed it. I think everyone's mind tends to wander. I'm being taught that when you catch yourself (even if it's every 5 seconds), just to bring your attention back to your breathing. Focusing on breathing seems to make a lot of difference for me.
I've started a beginners yoga class. Tough going at my current weight, condition level and flexibility, but I want to stick it out and hopefully just get better with it over time, as the weight starts to come off.
