OK well my brother is heading home for 2 weeks leave and I will be heading to the airport tonight to meet him. So I need to plan for everything tonight!!!
Breakfast - Egg, cheese, bacon wrap
snack - Greek yogurt w/ raspberries ( I buy the plain and add frozen fruit)
lunch - protein oatmeal
snack - pure protein bar
dinner will be on the road, but I am sure it will be some type of grilled chicken
I need to work on getting more fluids (water) into my day. I have been drinking my coffee, and then something at night and I know this is why I am having this stupid stall again.
Anyways have a great Monday and keep working your tool

I don't go to CMC, but what sizes are you looking for? I am cleaning out again and trying to pay it forward and empty my closet out. You can send me a message and let me know what sizes you are looking for if you do not want to post your sizes here. I have some 2x sizes 20 tops and some pants that are 20 or 18, not sure what else I have. Just let me know. I will be heading to Manchester tonight to the airport and will be back in that direction in about 2 weeks after that.

Yes, I have the facebook link. "New Hampshire Weight Loss Surgery" The clothing swap is during the Pre-op and I believe the Post-op support meetings.
I have been going to the pre-op meeting since October but I have not seen any clothing. I have clothing in size 22 and 24 which I need to give away. I'm going to check tomorrow to see if anyone brings clothes in to swap or give away.

Hi Kerry,
I am in the Portsmouth program and I had my labs drawn at a different hospital. Nancy Seesman called and told me how my results looked but I didn't receive copies of them.
My guess would be if you want copies you have to request them.

Hey, does anyone know if the Portsmouth program automatically sends us copies of our blood work results or do I have to request them. Had my 6 month set done a few weeks ago & just wondering.

Paul, you must be on pins and needles, I can remember waiting for that call. I think Nancy was sick of hearing from me lol, but I only called the insurance company once. I was approved on the first letter so that helped as well.

Welcome to the program. I am pretty much on the same timetable as you. I had my first visit with the surgeon on the 25th of Jan. They were supposed to send a letter to my insurance looking for final approval. Anxiously awaiting a phone call!
This site is great. I've gotten so much info from it.
Good luck with your appt. and keep us posted.
