I am also 1 year out and down about 120 lbs
January 25, 2010 was the day I finally became free. I had a VSG and have never felt better in my life. I returned to school, flew on a plane without having to need an extender, played with my beautiful grandchildren without getting out of breath.
Next year is going to be wonderful...

One year ago today my life changed forever!!! I am down over a 100 pounds and still going, slow but sure! i have done things I never thought i could do, like dodge ball will Bamma and Pokes!! Can't wait to see what the next year brings. Thank you all for the encouragement and words of advice!!
