OK well Hubby just received the P90X thing and we are going to try and work through some of this. SO I will set a reasonable goal of trying to do that for 30 minutes 6x week. so the 90 for me will be 270 lol but will try it.
So the goal would be 750 minutes

Hi Everyone,
WOW it is Wednesday already??!!
So I am with Sookie, I need to do this for me. I have been totally out of control lately, and really need to get back into it. I have done pretty good this week so far, so here is my plan for today.
Breakfast: Pure protein shake (trying chocolate today, didn't care for vanilla)
Snack: Greek yogurt (Black Cherry...yum)
Lunch: Shrimp scampi over noodles
Snack: Not sure Have not really needed one in the afternoon
Dinner: Chicken in fat free gravy over mashed potatoes and carrots.

Hi Jenn,
I was in class with quite a few people who could not lose the weight, and dropped out. They all had excuses: I am not eating much, I don't understand, I can't! The fact that you have not given up, and that these words are not part of your message tells me quite a bit.
Some advise: Go back to the basics with Jeff's classes. Use a small plate. Put your fork or spoon down after each bite. Chew! Add more protein to your diet, less carbs. Talk to yourself, give yourself credit, don't come down too hard on yourself if you don't follow your plan exactly. Plan! Look at labels, some foods are "low fat" but high in sugar and other things. Go to support group meetings.
You didn't say how far you are from your goal. You can do this!
Now I just have to take some of my own advise!!! But that is another story for another day.

Hey..welcome back!!!
I find that Market Basket has quite a lot of choices for sugar free. They have jellys, jams, peanut butter, pudding, salad dressings, and a whole bunch of other foods. I shop both the Concord and the Lee Market Basket and have had good luck with finding things in both. You do have to look for them though!
