It is probably not that the biscuit was a bad choice, but there could have been a better choice. Bisciuts are generally higher in fat than other breads. It could also be the "kind" of biscuit that was the problem.
This program is all about making choices. Some choices you make are great, some not so great, and some that are better than others. You will learn what is good and bad for you. It does help though to see what other people eat.

So I take it that the biscuit was the bad choice?
I really like reading these daily menus. It gives me
a snapshot of what I'll be doing later this summer.
Thanks and good luck!

Hey Sookie,
Don't beat yourself up too much. The rest of your day looks great!
So I pretty much stayed to my plan yesterday other than the really gross protein shake.
So today,
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup shredded wheat bite size
Lunch: Chicken in fat free gravy, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes and peas
Dinner: I am making dinner after dodgeball, so I am going to wing it!
Snack: 2 cheese sticks and a banana

Topic: Thursday's Plan
OK so we are almost through this week, and I am not doing well.
Yesterday things didn't go as planned as a friend ended up in the hospital and hubby and I spent almost 5 hours with him last night. By the time we got home I just went to bed, so didn't eat after 2 pm.....not good on my part because I woke up this morning starving. So I am already behind
Breakfast - egg cheese on biscuit (very bad choice)
snack - Greek yogurt w/ raspberries and splenda (Thank God I put these up ahead of time and I can just grab one)
Lunch - roast beef & Cheese stick
snack - I have popcorn in my desk if needed
dinner - I have hamburg out, so maybe meatloaf or burgers not sure but I will steam some veggies as well.
Have a great day and I hope you all have a wonderful Thursday.
