OK, here is the plan for the day

Breakfast: Cottage cheese with almonds & Melon
Lunch: Chili with low fat cheese
Snack: Cheese stick; rice cake & BP
Dinner: Turkey Taco

There has been LOTS of stress eating lately. I can eat WAY too much and way too fast too so I know I need a fill but with hubs just out of surgery I don't have the money to pay for it (all the HSA money goes to his new ear).
I'm getting rather frustrated about it all. I had a good gym week the last 2 weeks but this week it is going to hell with Hubs recovery (BIG baby) and today Ill have a recovering dog too (again, BIG baby).
can't wait to get things back on track!!

OK well glad to help Martha, I have to keep myself accountable as well.  This helps me track what I put in my mouth.  Yesterday went pretty well.  Dinner ended up being a Grilled chicken and cheese 3 oz chicken 1 oz cheese on a small tortilla round  I dip it in a SF BBQ sauce to add some moisture to it

TODAY

Breakfast was - Egg w/ slice of cheese
snack - Greek yogurt w/ Splenda & Blueberries
lunch - Chicken & Cheese stick
snack if needed - cantaloupe
dinner - We are going out with my in-laws for dinner so I am sure more chicken & Veggies

Also I made my goal and had 90 oz of fluid yesterday !!!! I am now hooked on Wyler's Fruit punch and I can drink it all day.  So now I have no excuse not to get my fluid in.

Hope you all have a great day ... Smile and show the world no matter what is thrown at you, you can smile through it.

Hi Sookie,

You are keeping me going with this! Thanks.

The weekend was interesting to say the least. Probably did not make the best choices, but I did the best that was available to me.

So today my plan:

Breakfast:  Lite english muffin, peanut butter and banana (again, probably not the best choice but oh sooooo good)

Lunch:  I have lean cuisine shrimp and pasta.

Dinner:  Roast beef hash (home made) and a veggie.

Snack:  I have a protein bar and greek yogurt.

Oh and I am going to the gym tonight!

Hi Sookie,

I found 4 sites, all offering free shipping.  They are:

www.freshpair.com

www.herroom.com

www.altrec.com

www.atheta.com

I ordered from fresh pair.  I found the Miai was about the same price.  There may be others that are cheaper.  The post office messed up the delivery of my package, and they were very helpful in getting it delivered.

What sites do you use to get a better price?  I am so trying to find a bra  that I can work out in and not be uncomfortable.

I know how hard it is for us "top heavy" gals to find a good fitting sports bra that does not make you look like you have one big boob!!!  Well, I just happened to find one and I love it.  The brand is Moving Comfort.  I like the "Maia".  There are all kinds of others though.  They are a little pricey, but I think it is worth it.  I like them so much that I can wear them throughout the day and not feel like you have a sports bra on.

They have a website, but I found shopping around I got a better price, and no shipping.

OK so better today

Breakfast - Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries (well 1 1/2 berries) splenda
snack - Cheese stick
lunch - Grilled chicken with steamed corn and 1/2 sandwich round
dinner - Chili (Cards and chili work for me)
snack more yogurt if I need it.  I am not very hungry lately

My big goal is my fluid I am still lacking in that department and I need to get better.

Have a great weekend everyone!

The biscuit was the bad choice, not only was it higher in fat and calories, but my pouch was not happy with me for eating it.  I didn't get up early enough to make my normal egg & cheese and made a drive thru choice on what was on sale.  Planning does make a difference in my choices.
