Overly aggravated here at work and its only 830 so I need to post up a plan to keep me on track!

Breakfast: Lower Sugar Oatmeal with a Banana
Lunch: Chili with reduced fat cheese
Snack: 90 cal fiber one bar
Dinner:  BBQ chicken with sweet potato.

Yesterdays plan went well, didn't eat my snack and ended up with a chix pattie and roasted potatoes for dinner :) No activity though.. BOO! Need the weather to warm up so I can get my walk on! SO mad today I may go out and risk the cold to work off some of my aggravation so I don't explode.

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Yesterday went well for me, more so than I expected with even MORE house guests showing up!! Even got a walk in at lunch; it was cold but was needed!

Todays plan

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with almonds
Lunch: Chili
Snack: 90 cal fiber 1 bar
Dinner: leftovers... which is also lunch for the boys so Im not exactly sure what Ill end up with. If nothing good left Ill do the chicken pattie route :)

I hope to start getting back to the gym since it got cold again :(  Unfortunatly this week is full after work so that might be my goal starting this weekend!!

OK well the gym didn't happen much due to hubby still being sick.  But I am walking at lunch and the house got a work out on Saturday.  I went to town and I am counting 3 hours of this cleaning due to all the up and down chairs, lifting of boxes.  The muscles in both my legs and arms agreed it was a work out.  so for me I am going with 240 for this week.

Have a great day!!!

Topic: Easy Fish recipe if you like Stewed tomatos
OK so here is the recipe if you like stewed tomato's this is great.  My boys liked the fish, just didn't eat the tomato's I couldn't get it down. Weird because I love tomato's, but something about this just didn't work for me but it is really simple and different.
Mind you this is for a family of 4 with 2 teen age boys and 2 bypass patients

2lbs frozen haddock _ needs to be frozen for the extra fluid when thawing in the pan
Market Basket has the perfect frozen haddock in 1lb pieces, 2 in a package
2 cans stewed tomato's
1 medium onion

saute onions in large frying pan until translucent
place frozen fish on top of onions
add both cans of tomato's
cover and reduce heat to medium
cook for 18-22 minutes until fish is flaky

The boys had this over rice
it was simple and the boys and hubby all loved this.
they ate the whole batch even mine lol

So those of you who are my "friends" on Facebook got the good news yesterday.  It is not "official" yet, as I need to meet with the woman I will be working with (Sam) and then make my decision, but for the most part it is a done deal.  It would be really silly for me to not take the job.  It is 12 minutes from my house, the pay is better than what I was getting in Concord, the benefits are better, a lot less stressful, flexible hours, and did I mention that it was 12 minutes from my house!  The work is totally out of the area I have worked in for the last 16 years, but it sounds very interesting.  The firm is the closing agent for the Small Business Administration's 504 loans.  The attorneys are licensed in New Hampshire and Florida, so they prepare and finance the loans for both New England and Florida, Georgia and Alabama.  I am not 100% sure what exactly they do, but everyone there is very low key and nice, oh and one of the women I will be working with was one of my daughter's friends in high school, and my friend works with Attorney Roman's wife (small world).

So I am meeting with Sam Friday, then I am working two or three days next week to train, set up my desk, email, and get settled in.  Then it is full time on April 4th. I have a 30 day trial period, and then it is officially official!  It is a very good thing because I realized that I was not meant to be unemployed!

Hi Sookie,

Don't you hate it when that happens!!!  I had a pretty good day yesterday. Trying not to get discouraged because I am not losing, but I might not be eating enough either!  Imagine that!!!

So today:
Breakfast:  Protein shake with fresh strawberries
Snack:  1/2 cup cinnamon chex with 1/2 cup fat free milk
Lunch: Leftover lasagna
Snack: Popcorn (small bag)
Dinner:  It is corned beef night.  I am trying the new low sodium corned beef. I will still change out the water half way through cooking though.

Many changes on the way for me (see new post!), so I need to stay focused!

yesterday went pretty good for me.. i mixed it up in the middle of the day due to having to go see my PCP for i sinus infection that has been killing me for a week now! but hopefully it will be better now..

so for today...

gym with big red CHECK

breakfast- egg salad on a sandwich round ( 1/2 of a whole egg and one egg white)
lunch- tuna on a round
snack- probably a couple of hard boiled egg whites
snack 2( if needed) Greek yogurt
dinner i saw a package of fish in the fridge soooo that would be my guess baked fish and a salad..

had a cool WOW moment yesterday at the Dr. as i was leaving she gave me paper work with the info about my sinus infection and on it it had ...
diagnoses:
hypertension ( remove)
sleep apnea (remove)
fatigue ( remove)
obesity ( remove)
sinusitis

so i guess this means i am no longer UNhealthy!!! yea me

this is really motivating me to keep with the gym again and build some muscle and feel great going into the summer!
