I am also game!  I don't know which weekends are going to be available but will try to fit it in.  Mt. Mooselauke I hear is also a great beginner hike and it is one of the 4000 footers!  Also, Pawtuckaway North Mountain, North Mountain By-Pass loop is a great hike!  Wish for clearing weather!

Topic: Tuesday's Plan
It is a crazy week, with 2 proms, Justin's run and all the baseball so I am hammering myself into a plan weather I like it or not.  Hope everyone can see some outside time even if it is in the rain, as Gram used to tell me "You ain't sugar you won't melt".  SO I will walk in the rain tonight.

Breakfast - Weight control oatmeal (has 7 g of protein)
snack - Greek Yogurt w/ splenda & blueberries
lunch 4 oz chicken w/ Honey mustard dip - 1 slice whole wheat bread toasted
snack - Pure protein bar - chocolate I need chocolate this week
dinner - Chicken w/chili on top w/ melted cheese ( I had this out at the 103 in Rochester it was awesome)

I may have some protein hot chocolate later if it doesn't warm up soon.

I use the flour ( I know this is bad - but I can't handle the corn, and they don't have a small wheat one) .

I try to mix it up a bit with the menu's I do tend to get in a rut.   I like the "Pouch Party" meals, but I have 2 teen age boys to feed as well and I can't always make it the way they do, so I take the good from their menu's and make it a little different.  My pancakes are 1/2 Bisquick & 1/2 unflavored protein powder, with eggs and milk.  I can eat 1 pancake and get as much protein as an egg w/ cheese.  Not something I can have everyday, but a nice treat once and a while.

As for fruit, don't ru**** I waited almost 6 months before I tried a banana, then part of an apple w/ sf Carmel sauce.  I prefer to eat a healthy snack if I am going to snack.

Hope you have a great day!

Hi Laurie,
I have a couple of questions.
What kind of bacon and wrap do you eat?
I haven't had any fruit yet. I'm worried about the sugar.
Your menu's always sound so good!!

Thanks,
Paul

Breakfast - egg, cheese, Bacon wrap
snack - Greek yogurt w/ splenda & blueberries
lunch 6 oz burger w/ cheese probably will only eat part of this
snack 1/2 orange
dinner Chicken w/ Alfredo sauce and veggies
snack - cheese stick if needed

I need to plan better on weekends, I ate way to many carbs over the weekend and that makes me crave more.  I have to keep them out of the house.  Hope you all have a great Monday!!

I just wanted to make sure that I'm not the only one here. I just feel like sometimes not to sound gross but I'm clogging the toliet. Is this normal for most people? I just dont want to be the only one. Thanks for your help though.
