Hi Laurie,

There is no longer a Parkland support group, so you would need to attend one of the Portsmouth groups. It is open to everyone and below is the info. The sessions are held in the hospital's classrooms. Head into the main entrance, head to the right and follow the hallway down to the back of the building and you will find the classrooms!  The hospital is located at 333 Borthwick Ave. in Portsmouth. Portsmouth: 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 pm in the classrooms of the Shoals Building, inside the hospital

No registration is required for Support Group Meetings.

I can relate so much to your post. I had found that I've been getting into a pretty serious Cheez-it habit lately. Not good. Strange, but potato chips and candy were my vices before, but a handful of Cheez-its at 10pm were becoming a ritual. Time to stop that!

This process is amazing. I now am smaller than I was when I got married 14 years ago and my wedding dress is TOO BIG! Incredible!

OK .... so I came within a couple ounces of getting below the next decade and then up a pound again !!  grr.... up and down up and down...I really need to figure out what my body needs to pass this !Think I am going to go back to two protein shakes a day.

I know it is hard to believe that the nutritionist can be right.   lol anyways I am so glad that things are going well for you and remember slow and steady wins the race!!!! Keep up the great work.
