5 months to the day - 47lbs heavier and a whole lot more miserable!! AMAZING!!

However looking over my health tracker today I realized I have been in this stall for almost 2 months!! UGH.... I have seen the scale play with the same 2lbs daily since early November and it never registered that I was in a stall.

Good news it we are back to focusing on fitness, food, and fun come January 1.  I begin working out with a bodybuilder friend who is going to help push me into the next level of fat burning, muscle building, and ab producing wonder!!  I see many massages in my future... Going to try the lipo-lite too to see if I can take off some of the extra fat around the mid-section and tight some of the yuck skin.

Hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas... looking forward to all 3 little faces around our tree this year!!

Topic: Looking for Product
Well Monday is the big day can't wait!!! Haven't been able to eat much since yesterday so I hope that doesn't cause any issues.

Any ways, I am looking for websites that have good products.

i've looked on Amazon, bariatricchoice.com, bariatricdiet.org,& bariatricadvantage.com>

Also what do you all think is the best tasting products.

And for vitamins which ones are the best.

Just looking for some idea's being a newcomer to all of this there are a few things I know I am going to get but a lot I don't know and don't want to waste my money if its not going to be worth it.

One thing I am looking for is protein powder mix, vanilla or oreo cookie, that taste good. I have one that I have used for so  long know I can't stomach it, Body Fortress vanilla, Whey protein I have been drinking it for 10 months so I have gotten a little sick of it.

Thank you in advance. I do have some thing I will be able to drink for the first week but don't want to have to by the 4 pack and waste the money when I can by the powder and save money.

I agree...my fitness pal is great. You can see what you ate for the day or week or month. I lost 26 lbs. pre-op using it.  Like Debbie said I will continue to use it after my surgery on Monday Dec. 19th 2011.....
