Does anyone In NH have a GP, PCP, not your surgeon, but just general DR. that runs a full set of labs?
My husband and I have a wonderful surgeon/program at CMC in Manchester orders complete labs. We had surgery in October 2012 and have had FULL sets at 3 months, 6 months and just now at one year. I am so sorry you are having trouble with this. As I mentioned in one of my replies our primary also makes sure (asks us) at our physicals, if there is anything else we want/need ordered. We go to Amoskeag Primary Care in Manchester. They are affiliated with CMC so they are pretty familiar with WLS patients. We see Vonda Haas-Rueda. She is a PA. We have been with her over 10 years and are very comfortable with our care there.
Please feel free to contact me for any further info you might need/be interested in. Good luck!!

Did anyone have surgery in Portsmouth? Dr. Gens, or Dr. Looser, I believe there are 2 more in the group
At Portsmouth Regional Hospital, the Psych was in the Bariatric Program so all patients that went through Portsmouth went to the same Pysch.
Surprised Dartmouth doesn`t have one on board for the Bariatric Program.
Hello,
I was hoping someone can help me one of the steps in the process for Dartmouth's program is to have an evaluation, can anyone recommend a Psychiatrist in NH for this?
Thank you!
I just spoke to my primary care doc. about surgery. He said I am a candidate. How do I start the process? I live in Nashua so where do you recommend I go? Is there a place in Nashua? I read about a hospital in Manchester which is not out of the question but since I work in Mass. I would liie arranging all of the pre- post appointments to be the least disruptive to my work schedule. How do I get started and where do I go? I do not want the lap band.
