I know the feeling, I have just done my pre-op testing and now I am waiting for the apt with Dr. Gens. Then it is the wait for the Ins approval. It is a waiting game, but it is worth the wait and the hoops to know what is on the other side.
Who knows we shouldn't be far apart.

Not a good week for me.........getting real busy. My daughter is getting married on May 7th and had her bridal shower was yesterday. I had a chance to get 210 in. Hoping the week is better.

Wow, what a week. It was so beautiful out. The weather was just about perfect. So how did everyone do? Don't forget to add last Thursday and Friday to your total. I had a total of 375 minutes!!! Wohoo for me. Wohoo for you too!

Call Dr. Gould at DHCM in Manchester. He did my band surgery and he is awesome! His PA did a fill for me a week ago and she's awesome too.

I haven't posted anything here in a little while, but I'm back! I've been on track, but life has sort of gotten in the way of things.
I had my first appt with the surgeon on Friday and I weighed in 2 pounds below where I need to be. Now it's just the waiting game for insurance approval and I'm there!! I can't wait for this all to be over with so I can start really loosing!! :)
Is Cindy still around, how are you doing if you are?

You can do this!! I thought the same thing, that I would never lose the 10 llbs. I did and so can you. I tell you what I did. For breakfast I had a protein shake. You have to get use to having them anyway, so start now and have one for breakfast. You would be amazed at how quick the weight will come off and you will keep it off.
You have chosen the BEST surgeon. He not only did my lapband surgery, but he is operating on me tomorrow to fix a hernia where my c-section scar is.
Just remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it's worth it.
