I think my Dr says never, she's pretty strict. But I tried at about 6 months, I had a couple sips. The carbonation annoys the pouch. However, I do have some occasionally it has to be flat though. I usually let it sit or stir it for a while first and let it sit. I used to be a big soda drinker, now it's just an occasional Moxie. I was a huge diet soda drinker, but it's been a non-issue, surprisingly.

I have no idea, but was told carbonation is NOT good.  I tried a soda once and had a horrible experience so I will never drink soda again.  Same thing with champagne.

I had a total of 700min.  Not as well as I wanted to do, but wasn/t able to do 2 dog walks each day like I had planned.  But My energy is amazing and I have finished 2 apartment turnovers in 1 1/2 weeks so I'm proud of myself for having the motivation to not rely on my staff as much for the physical stuff.

The literature I have from my doctor says I am allowed to have diet soda in stage 3, but it has to be decarbonated.

Good luck tomorrow, you'll be in great hands, literally.

I didn't use anything I brought with me.  I actually preferred the lip creme the hospital provided to the chapstick I had brought.

Oh wait, I wore my own slippers.

post if you need anything, I am in Dover.

Sometimes I have problem with chicken or meat. I also have had problems with lettuce as well. I have found that if I have romain I have less problems. I do not eat breads or pasta due to my lap band.
