62 lbs down, ran my first 5K 3 weeks ago and have another one this Friday. I've reached 2 of my goals so far. Fitting in to a 2 piece bathing suit and feeling like I look good in it and getting back in to my wedding dress from 12 years ago. Still have 27 lbs. to go but I know I can do it. Started out at a size 20/XL and bra was a 40DD, today I'm a size 12/Medium and bra is a 34 D.
I just wish I could add the picture I took this morning to this. But go to my information and today I'm wearing a green top w/black pants and I look good if I do say so myself..... Never thought I'd say that......

You are amazing woman!!!!!  Good luck on May 1.

I start my new job on May 3.  I have 8 days, 8 hours and 7 minutes left, not that I am keeping track or anything.  I am totally loving exercising again.  It took me long enough to get back into it!  I may not be losing too much weight, but for the first time EVER I was able to button my leather jacket!  So I am definately losing inches.

And Kathy....I don't blame you, I would rather be on a beach anywhere!

Hey Kathy - Glad you had a good time. I'd love to be on a beach somewhere :)
Martha when do you start your new job? Doesn't if feel good to enjoy exercising again?
I did 315 minutes last week to bring my total to 715. I ran a 5k on Saturday and came in 3rd for my age bracket - :) I was very happy with my time. Next one is May 1st!!.
Have a good week everyone.

I have 520 minutes so far for this month.  I'm going to have to work hard to reach my goal this month.  I didn't do very well last week, but I was in Mexico on vacation, and I did get about an hour and a half of walking along the beach and around the resort in.  I'm sure that I actually did more than that, but that is what I kept track of for exercise.  We had a great time despite the fact that the weather didn't cooperate for the second half of the week.  I'm having a hard time getting my head back to work - it's still sitting on that beach!

Hi There,

If I forgot anyone last week, I am sorry, and just remind me this week.  It has been hectic, and these next two weeks are going to be even more so.  That has not stopped me from going to the gym though.  I am actually enjoying it again.  I am lifting more and more, and other than maybe doing a little too much Saturday, and irritating my back on Sunday, I have been feeling great.  I got in 240 last week.  My dodgeball has ended (we finished 3rd), and Kickball starts next week!  So I expect my numbers to be about the same, if not better.

How about everyone else??
