Where are you? I've got a 5K this Friday in Concord, then another one 5/1 in Penancook for the Angel run, then Wed. May 19th in Concord for the Rock n Roll race for Concord Hospital, then May 22 for the Bedford Rotary. You're more then welcome to join me and my exercise partner who is also has lapband. Hi all,

So i found out yesterday that my band has to be removed....I am sooo depressed it is not even funny. I feel like such a failue. I ahve lost 90 pounds with the band, I have not even had it in a year and it has to come out. I am have major issues with my stomache, I can not eat or drink with out being in extreem pain. They thought that they would be able to cure it with meds but it is only getting worst. I feel awful....this is terriable, I was told that I can have it replaced later but I dont think that I will be able to do the surgery and recovery again. I just dont know what to do, I have been crying for 3 days about this, I just feel like this is one more thing that has not worked for me, i feel like everyone is going to be waiting for me to gain the weight back, i have already heard comments from family about it..........soooooooo upset dont know what to do......

I think it just automatically puts you as a member on the board.  I don't remember having to do anything special.  I know that I don't post much anywhere else on the boards. 

Hi ~ How do you make yourself a member specifically to this board?
ie:  showing as a member etc.
