I never thought I would run! Hated it and I rode my bike last yer while helping my firnd train for the 1/2 marathon. Well, now I'm doing it and I love it. the Couch to 5K program really helps. I have it downloaded to my phone and so does my friend, so we push each other and it's better to do it with someone. Good luck to you guys.
Topic: Super Depressed
Hi all,
So i found out yesterday that my band has to be removed....I am sooo depressed it is not even funny. I feel like such a failue. I ahve lost 90 pounds with the band, I have not even had it in a year and it has to come out. I am have major issues with my stomache, I can not eat or drink with out being in extreem pain. They thought that they would be able to cure it with meds but it is only getting worst. I feel awful....this is terriable, I was told that I can have it replaced later but I dont think that I will be able to do the surgery and recovery again. I just dont know what to do, I have been crying for 3 days about this, I just feel like this is one more thing that has not worked for me, i feel like everyone is going to be waiting for me to gain the weight back, i have already heard comments from family about it..........soooooooo upset dont know what to do......

Hi Wendy, and welcome.
I think it just automatically puts you as a member on the board. I don't remember having to do anything special. I know that I don't post much anywhere else on the boards.

Topic: RE: New Plus size consignment store
That is great! I just had surgery last week and even though I am in Rochester, when the time comes for different size clothes I will definately make the trip to see what they have and to donate clothing as well. This is a great way to support ourselves.
Thanks
Lisa

Topic: New Plus size consignment store
FYI-There's a resale store opening in Laconia the beginning of May(I think the 5th) they are specializing in plus sizes only.
I know that when I was losing I hardly ever was able to find quality plus sizes at the thrift stores.
It's a great way to get rid of the stuff that's too big. They're having a special rate for any consignments before there opening. There numbers are 254-2858 and 527-8063.
