Awesome job Lisa!  It will keep going down too!

My wow moment for today is....I taught Jazzercise at 7:00 last night and I'm teaching again at 9:30 this morning.  That would NEVER happen 1.5 years ago!

Have a great day!

Lisa

I woke up this morning at 198lbs!  Under 200lbs for the first time in 16 years.  What a feeling!  What's your WOW moment today?

Last week was not my best effort, I ended with 280. I need to dig in and make it happen.

Hi Kerry,

That's great! I know in our last session we had some people who missed the first class but he let them start on the second class and makeup the first one. Dr. Wagner is great and the classes were worth every penny.

I was lucky.. my 10% came off fairly quckly. I did and still do lots of excercise. I am waiting for insurance approval and surgery date. It seems harder now keeping off the weight.

The process for me so far has been great. I have been able to get appoitments with no problems and everyone wants you to do well.

I love the support groups and the forum. I went through lots of old pages and got great tips!

Go for it!! You will do great!

& am anxious aboutthe 10% - mostly the keeping it off part - but am so ready to do whatever it takes.

Topic: RE: Just a Reminder for Monday's Meeting
I think he did very well, but then again I am prejudice.  He wasn't feeling great, but he did well.  We brought some before and after pics.  That seemed to hit home I think more than the chat.  Although there were quite a few questions and a lot of people said he did great and they were glad he was there.  I am not sure Dr. Wagner liked his answers, but he didn't hold anything back.  If someone asked him about pain, or Alcohol or if he would do it again he was honest and answered the questions.   Sorry we missed you but hope to see you again, I am going to try and get him to a Post- op meeting next.  He will be working nights and weekends starting Monday so it will be harder to get him there.

Thanks again to everyone!

You may be only one person in the world, but to someone you are the world
