i got on the scale this morning at the gym and whada know i hit my next mile stone (with a lb to spair)... my BMI is 29.8 so i have gone from a 45 bmi in September when i started the program to a 29.8 yahoo for me... next stop normal.....

well so far my idea for how to make my ggoal is working very well! i have a total of 925 min for the month(more then i have hone any of the last 3 mos.) i should be able to make my goal and then some!

Well I had my surgery last Monday. That was much easier than my double cardiac bypass I had in October 08. I was sent home with instructions to go off all my meds with the exception of my BP medication. I have dropped 11 lbs since my surgery and am learning my new limitations. Thankfully I have lots of help from m wify who had a RNY last June.

Hey guys, I am so sorry I have not posted. I actually have to really work now! The new job is tough, but I am liking it. I also can't go online as much because they monitor the internet usage! So let's see if everyone can remember 2 weeks.
Well, this week was sort of a wash for me. I was not able to go to the gym, except for today. Last week, I did much better. Still not great though. I figured I have 330 minutes for the two weeks. Not great, but it is something! How about everyone else?

It may hurt for a day or so. Just keep it up. Slowley you will ba able to increase time to get longer distances.
I ahve been doing the same. I hope to do my first 5k this fall.
