Yup, they hurt for awhile.  I used to get stabbing pains at night.  A friend of mine said she had occasional pain even after the first year.  I suffered with my inner thighs at the same time and was more fixed on that pain than the BA so, at the beginning, I didn't think the BA was bad.  After the inner thighs healed, I was still feeling discomfort with the BA.  I had them done last September, and I don't remember them bothering me for awhile now, but I know that there was at least some discomfort for several months.  Hang in there, it will get better - actually, you're probably not "hanging" anymore - LOL!

How long were you in pain after surgery? I guess I really underestimated the pain I would have, but I guess if it takes 4 hours to fix them, I should've expected some pain ha-ha.

I've actually been using my prescription, other surgeries I've been able to switch to Tylenol after a couple days.  I also have one breast that hurts more than the other and I'm getting like a burning type pain on the side of my breast.

Is this normal?

Thanks
Doreen

Hello

I did 330 minutes last week. My total for the month so far is 920, I haven't been getting on my computer much lately - way to much going on. Work work and more work.  But I'm still exercising so that's a good thing.

So last week was surprisingly good for me :)
Just did the math and last week was 400 minutes for me :) I was helped greatly by the 6 hours I spend out in the yard on Saturday (only put I did 3 hours of activity though.... I don't think weeding is really strenuous to count ;)  )
Hope to keep it up this week but with the heat it might not work out. Even though, Hubs and I go out running every other night now... might only be .75 miles and take like 20 min with cool down and I may feel like h*ll after... but at least I know I have 20 more minutes

There is no need to look back unless you plan on going that way!

Hi Martha-
You can put me down for one whole hour for last week.  That's right, a whopping 60 minutes!  As terrible as that sounds, I knew that would happen because of everything else going on last week.  But both my Mom and Holly are doing well.  They're having some pain still, but are on the mend, and that's what's important.  I hope I can get right back into the exercise this week.  I'm planning on walking to work tomorrow, so that will be a good jumpstart for me.

Have a great week!
Kathy

Wow, are you all impressed????  It is Monday, and I am posting!  Now for a second WOW moment.  I was cleaning camp, and wow, I realized that I was on my knees...yes, knees, cleaing the floor.  I have not been able to get down on my knees forever, and to be honest, have not really tried before, but I wanted to get into a really small place, and before I knew it, I was there!!  AND the even better part was, I could get back up!!!

Okay, so now on to the exercise part.  I did okay.  Actually, the major cleaning I did Sunday, and then shoveling and planting later that afternoon, I made up for not going to the gym as much.  I am also not using the elevator, but climbing 3 floors of stairs two to three times a day at work.  So I put in 310 mins total.

This coming week is going to be a good one for me.  I can just tell!!  How about everyone else?
