Well, my second week did not go as planned!  I did so well my first week.  I really need to get back on track, and more serious.  I love going to the gym again, but time is really so hard to find lately. I guess I need to check out the Concord Planet Fitness, and maybe go in the afternoon at lunch. 

So this week I went to the gym once....and then a long walk with the dogs on Sunday for a big 150 minutes!!!

Any post op patient can attend the meeting.  The meeting starts at 5:30 with a second meeting with Jeff Wagner for getting back on track, or just meeting with other gastric bypass patients.  Lap Banders have their own meeting at 6:30 also.  Hope to see you there. 

We also have a general support group meeting the 4th monday of the month, which anyone post or pre op can attend.

I have just the CVS brand of chewable calcium. They arent that bad and get you everytihng you need, plus they are cheaper which is a HUGE plus for me!

  so tomorrow is my surgery day!!! I am so excited and nervous that I have forgotten to do something for Sam or the Boys for the week.   I am trying to get through a little work this am before I go nuts lol with only liquids and all the food that everyone has.  I have to pack my bag tonight and I am packing light (thanks for all the recommendations)  I am just taking my MP3 Player and my slippers, some pull on large shorts so I can walk with out mooning  the whole world.  Chap stick and pics of my boys!!! 

Cant wait to be on the other side!
