Hi Everyone,

I ogt in 740 minutes for the last week and a half of June. My total for the month was1360. It's a good thing too because I have not been good on the weekends with my eating. I am such an all or nothing kind of person. I'm working on it :)

I think im going to count the last few days of June in my July count since thats how I have it all written down and I dont do well with change ;)
Im going to keep my goal of 1100 since I know this month its going to be hard with travel for work, wedding rehersal and weddings, kid stuff and the heat keeping me from walking at lunch (WAY to sweaty out there to come back to the desk for the second half of the day!).
Can't wait for things to slow down so i can get my numbers up!

THis half week is all sorts of throwing me off! Ofcourse, I deleted all my day times already so all I can report is that I got 1125 min. for June.... Reached my goal.... but barely! Hopfuly July will be better, but with this heat, its not starting out as so!

For the beginning of the month so far, I've got 205 minutes.  I'm going to keep my goal at 1200 for this month.  It's so hot today.  If I don't get a swim in my neighbor's pool, I'm probably not going to get in much activity otherwise.  The weather forecast for the rest of the week leaves me feeling like getting in my walks, etc. is going to be tough.  I'm no good in the humidity.

I got in 765 minutes for the last week and a half of June - Wow!  It's a lot of walking to work because of the nice weather we had and all the gardening.

Hi everyone, so time to pick your July goal.  I also thought I would leave it up to you to count the first 2 or 3 days of July to your June total, or include it here.  Me, I am going to include it with my July time...it gives me a head start!  I am going to keep my goal, and I am set and determined to reach it this month.  Thursday, Friday and Saturday I did pretty good.  I was able to work out a little bit on tuesday night at home, and then I did massive running around on Thursday and Friday getting ready for camp.  I am going to count that because I parked in the farthest parking space, and walked, then I pretty much power walked shopping!  Saturday, instead of riding up in the truck from the beach, I walked the BIG hill, and walked the dogs back to camp.  Also wen****erskiing Saturday, and swimming. So my total is 170.  This week is going to be awesome!

Hi Everyone,

Please forgive me for not posting.  I have been right out straight with everything.  So how did everyone do these last two weeks.  What I thought was to count the 20 - 26 as week four, and then the half week as week one of July.  So my total for the month was 765...UGH.  How did everyone else do?

Yeah Kerry!  So glad everything went well.  Remember you really need to sip, sip, sip, especially on these hot days.  Welcome to the loser's side.  You will love it here.
