Topic: Here go the plans again
Hi everyone,

Well, this summer has not been great for eating for me.  I have maintained, but I am set and determined to finish losing my weight, so, here we go:

Breakfast:  Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup cherries

Lunch:  3 ounces of pork tenderloin and 1 cup salad with 2 tbls dressing

Snack:  two baby bell cheese and 14 kashi crackers

Dinner:  I have my meeting tonight, so I am going to grab some cherries on the way down, and then hubby will have dinner.  Spaghetti with meat sauce.  I will have less than a 1/4 cup spaghetti, and a cup of sauce that hopefully has 3 ounces of hamburg.  I also put fresh parmesan cheese on it.

I think I had the worst week ever this week. Between traveling for work, the brother-in-laws wedding (and preceding festivities) and some how managing to have to watch every child under the sun I only got in 150 min this week putting my monthly total at 470.
I don't know how this week is going to go, no kiddo but after the mess of last week I may be more apt to sleep then get my but in gear!

Thanks for the suggestion on the Dum Sum, Ill have to remember it for next time!

The dinner was a pretty significant fail, mother-in-law ordered everything and it was like a sit down, pass around dinner making it hard to scope things out. Plus it just... kept... coming.... I have NEVER seen to much food in my LIFE!! At one point I just walked away as the sight of it was making me pukey!  However, I didnt get stuck and I havent bloated out yet so I guess overall, I survived ;)

Thanks very much for this! To those of you who have used any of these surgeons, can you speak to your experience with them? Maureen

Well I am sure this is way too late, but if they have steamed dumplings that has worked well for both hubby and I they are called dim sum dumplings and they are steamed and pre ground meat so it goes down well for him.  lol I have one and I am full.  but it is easy to go down and the sauce is a ginger soy so it does have alot of sodium so just dip and shake it a bit.  Hope this helps for the next time you go.  Also the Yummy Garden in Dover now does an assortment of steamed dumplings on sat, sun and Monday for lunch.
