Topic: Wednesday's Plan
Well, so far so good....down another .4 yesterday. Ended up having baked fish instead of steak last night, and just salad, so a much better choice! Oh and Ya, getting on the scale every day, but I guess that is better than not getting on it at all like I was doing!
Today's plan:
Breakfast: Muscle Milk Light vanilla shake with 1/2 packet crystal light cherry/pomegranate (Mmmmmm YUM!)
1 cup smart balance fat free milk
Lunch: Salad (1 1/2 cup) with 3 ounces of tuna and lite parmesan peppercorn dressing (3 tbls)
Snack: Baby Bell cheese (2) and Kashi Crackers - Honey Sesame (15)
Dinner: Will probably have the steak, potatoes and salad tonight! or if we go to in-laws, who knows, but it is usually something very good!

I would be very interested Kathy to find out your results. I was wondering about doing the same thing, but then I also realized that I could be making better choices too. So I will start there, and go to plan B if necessary!

I hear you Martha. I really believe that I"ve been eating well and getting in my exercise, but I haven't lost a darn thing. I'm very frustrated. So I've decided to have a metabolic test. It will tell me my resting metabolic rate and how many calories I should eat to maintain (or lose) weight. I'll let you know how it turns out.

You can put me down for 440 last week. This week is not looking so good. I've got to get it in gear. Maybe a long swim in the neighbor's pool after work. I just don't want to walk to work because it's been so hot lately.

I have already invested so much time and energy in this! I am exhausted. I can't wait until my appointment with the surgeon (just under a month now). Hopefully at that point I get a date and can at least plan the rest of my life lol.

I actually called and my insurance requires it be a center of excellence and DHMC doesn't qualify yet :(

I use muscle milk light powder, simply smart or smart balance fat free milk, 3 ice cubes and I add a half a packet of crystal light drink mix and blend it in my bullet blender. It is really, really yummy. Just like a creamsicle!
