good morning..

i stuck to my plan 100% yesterday YAHOO!!!

today i started out the morning by taking a boot camp class at the works... OMG i can not beleve how much sweat can come out of my body! 

so todays plan

iced coffee with 4 tbs sugar free coffee-mate
breakfast- eas carb advantage shake
lunch-pouch of tuna with 6 wheat thins and light mayo
snack 1- brown cow Greek yougert
snack 2- pure protein bar
dinner- think i am going to stop and get a small wendys chilli on the way home from work

OK so here I go

Breakfast  Coffee with Chocolate Protein Powder
snack Greek Yogurt w/  NSA Fruit spread
lunch Wendy's chili
snack 2 oz watermelon (my one treat for me)
dinner grilled chicken w/ steamed veg

Yesterday was a treat we had Dim Sum steamed dumplings from Dynasty.
I can eat 2 lol.   Hubby knew I didn't want to cook last night.

It is amazing how fast we get out of a routine when we are not in our routine!!! If you know what I mean.

Hi all,

Well I already have my lunch made, and I pretty much have my day planned except for dinner which is still up in the air.

Breakfast:  Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries - I have to eat this VERY slow because the blueberries tend to not chew up small!

Lunch:  Tuna with a small amount of miracle whip light on a sandwich round and a nectarine

Dinner:  Could be pizza, could be something else.  All depends on if we are having my in laws up for dinner or not.

Snacks:  I still have my apple from yesterday, and discovered that I have peanut butter in the fridge at work, so that might just do it for me today.  If not, I have greek yogurt, cottage cheese and baby bell cheese in the fridge also.

I got in 340 minutes last week.  This week - and it's Wednesday already, I haven't been able to do anything!  Hopefully, I'll be able to do something on Friday - that's the first chance I'll have to get to the gym.  I'm on vacation.  One would think that I could do something everyday, but it's been so hectic here.  Aaaaargh!

It was a great meeting last night!! You guys did an amazing job!!

I stuck to my plan OK yesterday. Had a fiber one bar for a snack before the meeting and ended up having a burger for dinner; chatting in the parking lot resulted in a late home arrival ;)

anyways, here is the plan for today

Breakfast: 1egg and 1/4cup egg beaters with 1/4c low fat cheese and 2 wasa crackers

Lunch: 1/2 cup Chili with 1/4 cup low fat cheese

Snack: I remembered!! Have some grapes for the afternoon since I was low on chili for luncb

Dinner: Stuffed pepper with low fat cheese since we didnt have them last night.

Have plans to gym it up after work too! Hope that gets me started for the week!!

Bamma you were great last night...

i stuck to my plan very well yesterday i did have some sushi rice last night and it worked well (i think it is softer than regular rice).

todays plan...

iced coffee with sugar free hazelnut coffee-mate
breakfast - EAS carb advantage shake
lunch-pouch of tuna with light mayo and 6 redused fat wheat thins
snack 1- brown cow Greek yougert
snack 2-pure protien bar
dinner- fish left over from last nights dinner

thanks for all the support last night at the meeting! along with losing a butt load of weight i have gained a great bunch of friends!!

So after a great general support group meeting last night, I am reenergized!!!

Plan for today:  Coffee with sugar free french vanilla

Breakfast:   Greek yogurt with granola

Lunch:  1/3 cup of egg salad mixed with miracle whip light.  14 Honey Sesame kashi crackers

Dinner:  homemade chicken parmesan (unbreaded) with pasta. 

Snacks:  I still have my little cheeses and cottage cheese.  I might also bring my last apple!
