Topic: Final July exercise challenge
Hi everyone, I had a very good week last week. It helped that we walked all around Boston for two days. The only issue I have is that I had to go off my arthritis medication, so I am quite a bit more achy than before, but I am hanging in there. I went to the gym twice, and then the weekend, for a total of 360 minutes. I broke my goal for the first time in a long time!!!!!

Topic: Tuesday's plan
So here we go....back to reality!!
Breakfast: Muscle Milk light shake with smart balance milk
Lunch: spaghetti, with meat sauce and parmesan cheese (I also have 1/3 of my cannoli since I can't seem to get home in time to eat dinner and that!)
Dinner: Shrimp scampi with noodles
Snacks: I have cheese sticks, nectarine, and cottage cheese in the fridge, so I should be all set.
I wore my pedometer at work yesterday, and realized that I walked 2.5 miles! Guess I will start adding that to my exercise numbers!!!

hey, those cannolis make for a very filling meal. I did very well on saturday with chicken and cashews for lunch so my dinner was the cannoli. I think we do it because we can, but we are both still smart about it :)
Plus Im pretty sure if you go to the North End and dont get Cannolis from Mike's you get shot ;)
