yesterday went pretty good for me i stuck to my plan except for dinner which we ended up going out to dinner because it was too hot to cook! i had about 1 cup of baked mac and cheese and 6 shrimp so i think those are ok choices ..
today i did not go to the gym this morning (still having tired issues)
i will walk at lunch if it is not raining !
ok for the food..
iced coffee with sugar free coffee mate
breakfast- eas carb-advantage shake
lunch- pouch of tuna with light mayo and 6 wheat thins (or possably go out for sushi)
snack1 - greek yougrt
snack2-pure protien bar
dinner-i am thinking steak on the grill and 1/2 cup leftover mac and cheese( i have enough for a week the portions were soooo big)

So glad you are doing well after that surgery. You must have been so scared....Good luck on the 12th and I will keep you in my prayers for an easy surgery and recovery....

Yesterday went well. Pretty much stuck to plan except has pork chops for dinner instead of chicken. Didn't hit the gym either, but after the softball game I shoveled out a trailer of dirt so I think that should count for something!
Anyways, today's plan
Breakfast: 1egg w/ 1/4c egg substitute and 1/4c low fat cheese
Lunch: Chili w/ 1/4c low fat cheese
Dinner: either tacos if I go home or probably chili if I go out for ladies night. still on the fence about that (Its all married ladies talking about how great married life is... don't know if I want to hear that when mine blows at the moment... might be detrimental if I go back to old coping habits!)
Hope to hit the gym today either way but, like you Dave, I have been absolutely exhausted lately to the point where I'm not really functioning properly. Might just go home and go to bed.

We got in a good 40 min walk though doing the Harbor walk and some of the South Boston walk!
i did not go to the gym today i have been very tired lately and i realized that i had been out of vitamins for 2 weeks and i think that has been getting me run down (got some now) so lets see how it goes now...

if you don't remember me... I went in to have RNY on May 24th and they found a
10 lb (non-cancerous) tumor hanging from my liver. They excised the tumor and
put the wls on hold. So now after changing insurances *due to hubbys work I have been
approved and can't wait for this to FINALLY happen. Please keep me in your thoughts and
send good vibes my way.
