Thank you. I feel so good about this I can't believe its starting. I know its going to be a long process but at the same time I have waited so long for help and to be able to ask for help that I don't mind waiting the rest of the time.

Dave, my thoughts are with you and Paula. You will do fine, you have the tools and the ability. Take care of your family right now. Such a senseless act will make you strong. Be as good as you can, and if you need me, you know how to get a hold of me. We will be at camp Saturday and Sunday.
I am not doing a plan today, I am not eating. I have my procedure starting at 1:00. I will just have a light dinner tonight, if anything.
The weekend will bring lots of exercise, and good food, so I am not too worried. I will post again on Monday!

Hi Nancy, Trust me, this is a big step and is very important. You decided to take care of you, and do what you need to do to get healthy. I don't know what is more important.

I am sorry for your loss, it is never easy. As for traveling and eating out, I am very early out and I tend to eat chili, grilled chicken and steamed veggies. That is about it lol even if I have to go to McDonald's they have a grilled chicken wrap with cheese (very small) I don't eat the wrap but just the chicken. I hope you have a safe trip and will do great this weekend.

snack Greek Yogurt w/ berries
lunch - chili
dinner Dim sum dumplings from Yummy Garden (the left overs will be for tomorrow's lunch)

Well the plan for today and the weekend is gonna be tough..
Leaving in a few hrs to co to conn. For a wake and funeral so I will be eating out most of tbhe time,,, I an going to bring some bars and do the best I can but who knows whagt the days will bring,,

Thanks to both of you!! I woke up this morning and thought to myself sometime in the near future I want have as many issues with getting up as I do know and that will be a great day.

I am so excited, I am practically jumping up and down! Tonight, I made my goal weight! I am officially 170lbs! I have lost 152lbs since last June. I feel so awesome today!
I look back to myself 1 year ago and I wasn't sure I'd ever make it to this point. Thanks to everyone on OH for your support and encouragemant. Special thanks to Martha (Bamma) for your monthly excercise challenges, they keep me motivated!
