I'm Overweight!!!!!!!

I just updated my profile with my weight for this week and realized my BMI is finally below 30 and I am no longer obese, just overweight! I am so excited!!!! Plus, only 3 more pounds and I will be under 200 pounds, yeah!!!!! Just had to share!

WOW great job!!! How much have you lost total? We really do need to celebrate every milestone, big (like yours) and small (got all my water in today! for example LOL). We all know this is not a magic cure, smooth sailing from postop on. It still takes work. I hate it when I hear people say "she's lost alot of weight, but she had surgery" like it isnt as much of an accomplishment because they used the tool of surgery. So congrats! Celebrate!
