Plastic surgery?

Can anyone recommend a plastic surgeon in the dover, portsmouth, exeter or derry area? I am thinking of a lower face lift or at least the neck wobble. Have any of you had to deal with plastic surgery after losing weight? I have lost 116 lbs at my lowest, and my 2nd yr anniversary is in June so I think its time. Also toying with the idea of a pannie removal. Any advice is appreciated. Have a good day I will check back later for responses. Annie Dee
