Eggnog Find!
I was at the grocery store last night (Shaw's in Merrimack) and bought something I have never seen before! It is fat free milk flavored like egg nog. It is not quite the same as regular egg nog, it is a thin consistancy like skim milk, but has a different taste. It has 110 cals an 8 oz serving and 8 grams of protein (0 fat) and was pretty good. A nice little treat for the holiday season. It is by Hood.
