Happy Wednesday

Halfway thru the workweek... remember there is a support meeting in Nashua tonight (unfortunately I cant go as I dont get home from wor****il 6:30 or later) but yall go and support each other!! Hey Karen, I LOVE Trader Joe's. Try the sweet apple chicken sausage...I go through them like crazy!! We fry them in a pan, slice them up and then make a quesidilla with them. YUM! Some lowfat mexican cheese blend and chicken sausage between 2 low carb tortillas...makes an awesome meal. They also have buffalo burgers that are pretty good.
