morning all
Morning all... today is packing up the trailer for hubby to take back to NH with him, then I can pack some more as he as a few empty boxes he brought back.
Got my achieve one coffee drinks and power crunch bars from bariatric eating (susan maria's home) and they are wonderful. I am sitting here sipping the cappuccino flavored one... its yummy 20 gms of protein yum... sweet, (thats why im sipping)
the bars are good too, sweet, but light and fluffy, not thick and dense like most protein bars and 14 gms in the one i have here in front of me that I started last nite. (cookies and cream)
Today I have my 3 mo appt to go over labs... so I will post my official wt and labs later today!!
