Sunday Morning RollCall

OK all you NH'ers. Time to get up and at'em. Gonna be a hot day in PA... will be glad to get to NH where the best time of year is coming soon.... Today is gonna be a good day... gonna claim it now !!! Even tho my 4 yo got me up at 6:50 tooooooooooooo earlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... Wt is down 3 lbs from last week... Im 4-8 pds from onederland depending on whose scale Im using... Sooooooooo for today.. packing, trip to the grocery store... water, vitamins, protein and exercise... Talk to me folks... Karen

good morning Karen I am getting anxious to go to my meeting this Wednesday. I am so excited to get the process going and to learn more. They do RNY and Lap band at CMC I want to find out more about both but I am leaning towards RNY. I think that will give me the best chance and I don't think I want anything foreign in my body long term. good luck on your packing karen take it easy it is hot today and yes fall is awesome in NH I cannot wait for it. It is so nice to walk in the fall when it is cool in the evening. Heather
