How many Dr. Drinkwater patients are here?

Hi Daniela!! How are you doing, hon? Were you at the meeting Wednesday? I was so out of it that night as I had just returned from Florida and have been fighting a headache since. So, if you were there and I didn't notice, please forgive me! Anyway, I would love to chat with you at one of our meetings. Hey Denise, Welcome back. I was there on Wednesday. You did seem pretty out of it. lol. I really hope you are feeling better. Did you have a good time in Florida? I had my PFT with Dr. Daigle (--oops I hope that's how you spell it) and he cleared me. All I have left is one fun fun day of *****ing and poking, and I should be all set. I hope Dr. D will give me a date next week. I'll be holding my breath till then. I have medicaid so I don't see that insurance will be a problem. I am so excited, I actually can't wait for this weekend to be over. Never thought I'd say that.....lol. Make sure you cross some toes for me too.

Do you guys have "closed" meetings, like AA. Only Dr. Drinkwater's patients, or anyone who has had WLS? I was wondering what the people who have surgery in Mexico do, or somewhere else far away. You look great! Carrie

HI Carrie! You know, I am not quite sure if the meetings are closed or not. If you would like, I can ask the program coordinator for you. She is a real sweetheart. I will ask her if the meetings are open to anyone. I would think they would be, in case someone was contemplating their program and wanted to check it out, but I am not sure. I honestly think they are for any wls patients, not just Dr D. You can always call over there and ask too. The coordinator is really great. I want to be like her when I grow up...if I ever do.. Chris

Hi Chris!! Sweetie, how are you???? Are you feeling okay? We missed you at the meeting. Judy said you had some dental work done? I hope you are feeling okay. Yup, we were out until 4:00 a.m. and let me tell you. I am definitely not in my 20's anymore! LOL! I am still recovering! We had a blast as we usually do, but I work my second job on Sundays from 10-8 and I was BEAT. LOL...Talk about dragging ass! The dating scene sucks, Chris! I am so not into it! I just want to find a decent guy and not deal with that whole scene, know what I mean? Know any good single guys? Hook me up, girl!!! See you Wednesday at the next meeting. I am dying to see ya!
