Playin w/the kids :o)

I just wanted to share a little something with you all. I had my surgery 10 months ago and am down 110 pounds. I was out playing with the kids yesterday at the playground and had a great time. It was the first time in over 20 years that my butt fit into a swing!!! I climbed on the equipment, slide down the slides and swung on the swings. I felt like a little kid. I hope you all are enjoying your journey as much as I am. I remember great days like yesterday when I have a bad day. Its all so totally worth it!!! Heidi
