Another Medicaid question

Hi Angela, I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and feel GREAT! No complications and minimal pain. (I am a BIG BABY about pain too...zero pain tolerance) Dr. Drinkwater is the BEST! (completely biased opinion of course) Jen is his program coordinator and she is an angel. I asked her questions on a daily basis and she always had time to answer them. As for the support groups, you are encouraged to go to as many as you can but they do require a certain amount. They are great for support. You can hear from pre-ops and post-ops...there is always a great blend of both at the meetings. I have to say, from hearing from different people that have had this surgery, even though Dr. Drinkwater's program may take a little longer to have surgery, his is the most thorough in the area and you are COMPLETELY prepared for this surgery by the time you have it.
