Dr. Drinkwater's gala!

We had a blast last night at the annual gala that our surgeon, Dr. Drinkwater, has for his patients. It was so much fun to get dressed up, meet with all the other patients and just party!! Jen, Dr. Drinkwater's office manager, coordinated the event and did an awesome job. She is such a doll! I say this all the time, but if you are in New Hampshire and considering WLS, please contact Dr. Drinkwater in Nashua. He is a phenominal surgeon and he cares so much for his patients. I can't say enough about him!!! Any other Drinkwater patients here that went last night? Hugs, Denise

Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm sorry I missed it. Is it for both pre and post ops? Hopefully I can make it next year.

I've only been to one meeting so far. The one on Feb 2. I wanted to go to the one on the 16th but that was my daughter's birthday and I had a party for her that night. All the times before it seemed to snow and I am really chicken when it comes to driving in it. lol. But I plan on going to as many as I can. Hopefully for next year's gala I'll be looking halfway decent in a dress!

Hi Denise, I wish I could have gone too but not feeling much like partying yet. I hope to get to the 3/2 support grouip. Haven't been since my surgery due to long drives & bad weather mostly. I see Dr D for my 2 month follow up tomorrow & hope it goes well. I can't get much exercise so am losing slowly. I'm just back to work the last few weeks & am trying to walk a little bit here. I hope I'll see you at the next meeting. Pat
