moving along

Hey fellow NH'ers. I see Liz the nutritionist next Monday and then will be taking the classes and moving ahead. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! I am getting nervous already and I dont have a date! Did you all hear that Anthem NH will no longer cover the surgery in 2005? When exisiting contracts are renewed, NO MORE. I happen to have Anthem and need to get this done and over with by May. Anything interesting happen at support group meetings at SNHMC? I will try to be at the next one. I work 40+ hrs a week and go to school at NHCTC 2 nights a week. So I have NO time. Oh well, I wanted to get back on the wagon and reconnect with everyone. Chris

Hi Chris, Glad to hear you are back on the way. The next meeting is tonight - I can't make it since I have to work. I work two jobs so I have a tough time making it to the meetings. Hope you move along quickly and can have the surgery before the coverage changes. It's a wild ride. Best of luck, Kathy

Hi Chris, GOod luck with getting approved before your insurance renews in May. I completely understand where you are at...my husband's insurance renews in April and I was just approved a couple of weeks ago. Have faith, Jen is AWESOME at what she does...I got my approval letter from Anthem a week after I met with Dr. D and got my surgery date. My surgery is Tuesday...I read your profile and agree with you about the needles...that for me is the worst part. Once my IV & epidural are in, I'll be all set. It's just getting to that point.
